Area Sales Manager to join the team covering the

What You’ll Be Doing- Prospect and generate new business opportunities across a defined territory
- Manage high-volume outbound outreach to dental and aesthetic practices
- Identify key decision-makers and guide them through the buying journey
- Leverage your existing relationships to fast-track trust and sales conversion
- Present solutions that align with clinical and business goals
- Attend regional demos, trade shows, and events
- Track and manage activity via CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Learn and stay up to date on cutting-edge laser technology through structured training
- Be an ambassador for the brand—professional, prepared, and always curious
What You Bring- 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical device, capital equipment, or DME
- Existing book of business or deep network in dental, aesthetic, or med spa markets
- High-volume cold calling and prospecting experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CRM-savvy and self-motivated
- Strong follow-through, pipeline management, and territory planning
Requirements- Must reside in the Los Angeles area
- Willingness to be a road warrior—this is a travel-heavy role
- Comfortable with occasional overnights and national trade show travel (~30%)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle demo equipment
- Able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
Compensation & Perks- Base salary: $70–$80K (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
- Uncapped commissions with OTE around $230K+
- Monthly car allowance ($600) + fuel reimbursement + business expenses
