Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly team member to assist clients with hyperbaric therapy sessions, other wellness services, and occasional front desk duties. This role ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients while supporting overall clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and sanitize hyperbaric chambers before and after use
- Guide clients through their sessions, ensuring comfort and safety
- Monitor clients during treatment and record session details
- Assist with client intake, scheduling, and payments
- Support front desk operations when needed (answering phones, greeting clients, checking clients in/out)
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
- Educate clients about hyperbaric therapy and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare, spa, or client care setting preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
You will be trained thoroughly on all services.
