The Role Summary
Come join us! We are looking for a Regional Sales Director overseeing and driving sales performance across a large geographic territory by leading field-based (outside) sales teams and executing strategic initiatives to grow revenue.
Essential Responsibilities
- Revenue Accountability: Achieves target through team of Area Sales Managers. Carries a multimillion-dollar quota with weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue achievement expectation.
- Travel Demands: Frequent travel with ASMs to customer sites, expectation is minimum 3 days a week in the field coaching and developing team.
- High Visibility: Performance is closely tracked and tied to company-wide metrics. Utilization of CRM to manage team activity and results.

- Proven track record of success in the aesthetics or similar (cash-pay) market, dermatology/plastic surgery or med spa and/or high-end resort and day spas.
- Minimum of 2 years experience coaching a team on effective prospecting, high impact demonstrations, deal negotiations, ASP preservation and new customer start up for medical device/ equipment sold directly to businesses.
- Established relationships within your region.
