The Manager of Clinical Operations, Cancer plays an essential role in delivering Lantern’s cancer care services. This position oversees daily operations, focusing on excellence in service delivery. The successful candidate will lead front-line non-clinical staff to optimize patient experiences, team efficiency, and operational quality. This role requires an operational leader passionate about operational excellence, talent management, process optimization, and quality assurance. Collaboration with clinical and cross-functional teams is key to success. Responsibilities include talent management such as recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, providing coaching and mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Business operations duties involve using data-driven insights for performance feedback and operational optimization, managing schedules, preparing and analyzing reports, and collaborating with senior management to establish KPIs and goals. Quality assurance responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance processes, supporting training development, conducting quality assessments, managing quality monitoring platforms, and tracking performance goals. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), minimum 3 years operational management experience preferably in healthcare, proven experience in talent management, quality assurance, and operational analytics, expertise in managing KPIs, strong leadership and communication skills, and healthcare navigation experience preferred.
