Director of Sales & Marketing
Location: In Person, Metro Denver | Full-Time | Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000 + Bonus

About Us:
RESTOR Medical Spa is a physician-led, women-owned aesthetics and functional medicine company with three thriving locations across Denver with additional locations under construction. We’re growing rapidly and plan to add 2 to 3 locations per year to 20 locations. Our team blends science, artistry, and high-touch care to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Your Impact:
As Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll oversee client acquisition, brand awareness, membership retention, and the conversion funnel from lead to lifelong client. You’ll lead marketing strategy, sales enablement, and build the team and processes that support a premium, high-growth brand.
Key Metrics of Success:
- New Location Launches: 50% booked at opening; 75% by month three
- Client Acquisition: 30+ new client visits per month per location
- Membership Engagement: 4+ visits per year per member
- Sales Growth: Conversion rates, consult bookings, and revenue targets met or exceeded
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing & sales strategies aligned with growth goals
- Oversee all digital campaigns, brand management, and local market launches
- Lead the outbound sales function, including consult booking, lead follow-up, and membership conversion
- Manage internal and external teams (agencies, contractors, in-house staff)
- Track performance using GA4, CRM, and campaign dashboards
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, promotions, and expansion strategy
- Create assets, campaigns, and events that elevate our brand and drive revenue
You Bring:
- 5+ years in marketing and/or sales leadership roles (multi-location or retail preferred)
- Strong grasp of digital performance marketing, brand strategy, and outbound sales systems
- Team management and budget ownership experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience in aesthetics, wellness, luxury, or healthcare is a strong plus
- BA/BS required; MBA or advanced certifications preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000–$130,000 base + bonus
