We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aesthetic Sales Manager to lead our front desk and sales operations, ensuring seamless client experiences and consistent achievement of revenue goals.
The Aesthetic Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk team, managing sales strategies and monthly goals, coordinating client care and communication, and supporting the execution of the marketing calendar. This role requires a hands-on leader who is sales-driven, organized, and passionate about the aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage monthly sales performance and team goals.
- Supervise, train, and support front desk staff to optimize client service and sales conversions.
- Oversee daily front desk operations including scheduling, client flow, and professionalism.
- Monitor and track client progress, ensuring consistent communication between clients and providers.
- Manage marketing calendar for sales promotions and content creation in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Ensure seamless execution of monthly campaigns, events, and seasonal offers.
- Handle client concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Work within allocated budgets while driving revenue and cost-effective strategies.
- Multitask and prioritize day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Close sales, follow up on leads, and promote treatment plans and memberships.
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a med spa, aesthetic, or luxury wellness setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, scheduling, and POS systems.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
