Role
The Concierge will assist guests with a wide scope of services and will also act as a liaison between the guest and other departments within the hotel.
This position has an hourly compensation rate of $37.81 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs all Concierge Assigned functions, preparing, and executing an ideal Aman New York Journey to guests
- Liaison between departments
- Provide exceptional guest service by fulfilling a variety of requests, including restaurant reservations, theater ticket assistance, limousine and transportation arrangements, and offering directions and local recommendations.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests via in-person, phone, text, or email communication.
- Ensure accurate handling and timely delivery of guest confirmations, packages, floral arrangements, and mail.
- Maintain and update a high-quality guest profile database to support personalized service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the Concierge Desk and storage areas in an orderly manner and properly stocked.
- Provide quality and genuine service by responding to guests and team members promptly, efficiently, and courteously. Follow up and follow through.
- Responding to guest and leadership feedback, in areas relating to Guest Satisfaction. Focusing on improvement regarding feedback
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Front Office.
Job Requirements
- At least two years working as a hotel concierge at a related luxury hotel experience
- Be a member of the New York City Association of Hotel Concierges
- Be a member of Les Clefs dÓr USA (preferred)
