Sisley is seeking for a highly motivated and driven Esthetician Specialist to join our team at the Maison Sisley in the Meatpacking District.
Responsibilities:
- Provide facial services to customers, including but not limited LED treatment and jet peeling.
- Recommend and sell products to customers to help them achieve their skincare goals.
- Book and manage customer appointments to maximize revenue and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the skincare industry to provide customers with the most innovative and effective services and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive reviews.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Attend team meetings and contribute with ideas to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Valid esthetician license.
- 5 years of experience in the field is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and booking a high volume of appointments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Must be able to work well with a team and contribute to achieving team goals.
- Must be highly motivated and driven to succeed.
