Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager Job Description:
The Assistant Manager plays an integral role in supporting the operations and management of Elase. The Assistant manager will be asked to partner and collaborate to optimize patient experience and support our employees. The role requires a combination of skills in administrative, Customer Service, and business management. The Assistant manager reports to the Center Manager.
Responsibilities/Tasks Include:
- Counting Inventory (injectables and retail). Injectables at the end of the month to report new numbers going into the new month. Retail counts first week of every month making appropriate adjustments in the POS system
- Manages assigned center operations including payment transactions, Provider commission issues, staff scheduling, real-time personnel HR + client issues, event planning, customer experience and spa atmosphere.
- Promotes exceptional client experiences and customer satisfaction
- Creating PO's and ordering (injectables, backbar, retail, medical supplies etc)
- Overseeing the Daily Close tasks are done properly by the front desk and ensuring cash/credit card receipts balance
- Inputting the daily sold amounts of tox per provider in the check in/check out excel sheet for manager and Director of Operations to go over weekly
- Responsible for ensuring the center follow the Spa Atmosphere guidelines
- Responsible to communicate with staff about all company promotions and event dates
- Updating the second use syringe excel monthly to ensure fillers are being injected within 6 months of patients saving them
- Responsible for the continued onboarding of new Directors of First and Last Impressions
- Responsible to review patient charts weekly to make sure that the staff is charting correctly
- Cross Checking reward program excel sheets to ensure that the company is getting the proper rebates back
- Mobile transfer of inventory to and from BLVD from other centers
- Ensure that providers are entering their mobile parties correctly into BLVD and following proper protocol for bringing money and injectables back in a timely manner
- Work closely with center manager to continue to follow and implement the policies and procedures that are in place
- Work closely with center manager, Center Aesthetic Leads, and Patient Care Coordinators to reach set center goals
- Lead Center Community Outreach
- Leading by example and encompassing our culture and values for others to follow
- Works with center manager for all center events and client outreach
Required Schedule/Availability
While each center has the autonomy to create their own schedule, The Assistant Manager will be required to be scheduled for 5 days a week to include two Saturday’s a month to support business needs.
*Schedules will include opening and closing shifts for possible front desk/admin coverage.
Additional Role Expectations
- In the event the Center Manager is out, the Assistant manager will assume interim Center Manager for no more than 90 days.
