Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Aesthetic Injector/ Medical Assistant/ RN at our Alpharetta, GA location. The candidate will be responsible for performing aesthetic treatments, assisting with medical procedures, maintaining patient care, managing medical records, and supporting the daily operations of the medical office. The role demands a high level of proficiency in medical terminology and the ability to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of esthetic services including facials, body treatments, and skincare consultations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and usage of skincare products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Assist in sales by recommending products that meet client needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
- Utilize software such as Vagaro or Boulevard for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Experience in product demonstrations and sales techniques.
- Familiarity with med spa practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant
- At least 2 years of experience is encouraged
- Friendly, confident, and has a great attitude for learning and protocol
- Has strong knowledge of skin care and lasers
- Impeccable time management skills
- Takes pride in their appearance and professional skills
- Organized, punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to service a busy schedule and accompany services with retail skincare
- Ability to document clients in experience in computer CRM. Experience with Vagaro a plus!
- Assist in overall day-to-day operations.
