About the Role:
We’re seeking a client-focused, operationally strong Assistant Manager to support our Miami location. This role is ideal for someone passionate about aesthetics who can drive client retention, support daily operations, lead administrative tasks, and coach a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering a luxurious experience while ensuring the spa runs efficiently and profitably.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and administrative support.
- Deliver a five-star experience by ensuring each client feels cared for, confident, and valued.
- Implement retention strategies including rebooking incentives, membership/loyalty programs, and personalized follow-up.
- Support monthly sales goals through client consultations and effective upselling of treatments and skincare.
- Track and report on KPIs related to bookings, sales conversion, and client retention.
- Help onboard, train, and motivate team members in sales, client care, and daily operations.
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely ordering of retail and treatment supplies.
- Ensure all compliance, consent, and client records are up to date and properly stored.
- Act as a key liaison between clients, providers, and upper management to ensure smooth daily flow.
- Proactively address and resolve any client issues or operational challenges.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2–4 years of experience in spa, hospitality, or luxury retail management.
- Experience in sales, client retention, and team training.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with administrative processes.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms (e.g., Boulevard, Vagaro) and CRM tools.
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and personal transformation.

$40,000 - $70,000 Base + Bonus Structure Incentives OTE
