As a Regional Leader of Operations, you will lead a multi-site salon region with purpose, compassion, and precision. This is a strategic, people-centered role focused on one core goal: building better.

Your Mission
You will be accountable for the full operational performance of your assigned region, including:
- Increasing client participation and capture rates and increase salon revenue
- Enhancing retention and service consistency through The PS Way
- Developing high-performing, values-aligned leadership
- Strengthening trust and communication with our community partners
- Managing P&L performance and salon-level operational excellence
Core Responsibilities
Client Growth and Retention
You will lead with intention to ensure every salon delivers excellent service, maximizes reach, and builds loyalty.
- Embed The PS Way as the non-negotiable service standard across every salon
- Coach leaders and PS Pros to deliver consistent, high-touch client experiences with strong rebooking outcomes
- Guide schedule optimization to meet demand and increase availability for eligible residents
- Use reporting and observations to identify opportunities to grow client count and improve visit frequency
- Model the mindset that retention is not accidental, it is earned through service, connection, and trust rooted in empathy and care
Team Development and Leadership
Your region’s results are driven by the quality of its people. You will be a consistent, visible, and inspiring leader to those who lead others.
- Recruit, train, and develop Associate District Leaders to PS standards
- Conduct regular field visits, up to four days per week to offer in-person coaching, recognition, and accountability
- Build leadership pipelines by preparing current leaders for future growth
- Foster a culture of performance, communication, and respect that keeps great talent engaged
- Set expectations, measure performance, and provide direct feedback that drives continuous improvement
- Ensure all team interactions are guided by our core values with people first, empathy always, and respect at the foundation of every conversation
Operational Excellence and Financial Performance
You’ll manage your region like a business owner, balancing operational detail with big-picture results.
- Own full P&L accountability for your region
- Train Associate District Leaders to understand and act on salon data that supports service quality and business performance
- Ensure every salon meets licensing, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Lead new salon openings and closures with confidence, clarity, and coordination
- Monitor compliance with company policies and state regulations while maintaining a respectful and encouraging presence in every community
Community Partnership Engagement
We don’t serve in a vacuum we serve in communities. Your leadership will enhance our relationships with the people who trust us to care for their residents.
- Build genuine, proactive relationships with community partners and executive directors
- Communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and serve as the face of PS within each community
- Address partner concerns with professionalism, speed, and a solution-focused approach
- Align services and staffing with the unique culture and needs of each community
- Represent PS with empathy and accountability, reinforcing our values through every touchpoint

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven multi-unit service leadership experience
- 5+ years of field-based operational leadership in salon service or retail industries
- Strong business and financial acumen (sales reporting, scheduling, P&L management)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital operations tools
