Hiring Range: $93,246.00 - $121,097.00 per year

Medical Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Medical Department. In vital

What You’ll Do
As a
Medical Clinic Manager, you’ll contribute in several ways:
- Manage clinic workflow, staffing, and scheduling
- Supervise and mentor a skilled clinical team
- Coordinate services across tribal programs like Chief Leschi Schools and the House of Respect
- Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets and improve efficiencies
- Help maintain accreditation and high standards of care
What You Bring
Proven leadership with
(2) years' of direct supervision experience and must meet
one of the below combination of education and experience requirements:
- Current WA State RN license -AND- (3) years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor's degree -OR- current WA State LPN license and (5) years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Associate's degree -AND- (8) years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- HS diploma or GED -AND- (10) years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
