The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced, emotionally intelligent Spa Director to lead our new Town & Country location. This individual will own daily operations, team development, and client satisfaction while driving growth and profitability through data-driven performance metrics. You’ll work closely with ownership, providers, and our medical director to create a five-star culture from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive service, retail, and membership revenue using Zenoti and other analytics tools.
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and performance coaching across all spa roles.
- Manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and compliance with Texas Medical Board guidelines.
- Oversee guest experience and enforce high clinical and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with ownership on P&L oversight, vendor partnerships, and long-term scaling strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in spa, med spa, or wellness leadership with team oversight and financial accountability.
- Strong working knowledge of Zenoti (or similar), CRM (Go-Hi Level) platforms, GUSTO for Payroll, AI Integrations and Office 365.
- Experience leading in a fast-paced, customer-centric, high-touch service environment.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and Texas Medical Board compliance preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $65,000–$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Incentive Opportunities: Monthly performance-based bonus eligibility.
- Long-Term Potential: Candidates may be eligible for additional earnings such as discretionary profit-sharing programs once the spa is fully operational and meeting financial goals.
