We’re growing—and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused part-time Medical Assistant to join our team in Mars, PA.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Medical Assistant at Pittsburgh Aesthetics, you’ll be a key part of our clinical team. You'll support providers with aesthetic procedures, prepare and maintain treatment rooms, assist in client payments and scheduling. Your role will also include providing the highest standards of cleanliness and client care.

You bring professionalism, organization, and a genuine love for helping others look and feel their best. You're confident assisting with procedures, enjoy client interactions, and are comfortable being a calm, steady presence in both clinical and front-office settings.

Required Qualifications:

Monday & Friday availability
1–2 years of experience in an aesthetics, dermatology, or medical spa setting (preferred, not required)
Willingness to learn and be a team player
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort with learning an electronic medical record systems and providing front-desk support as needed
