Tara Lynn Media is hiring a Sales Specialist / Account Executive to join our growing team! This is a commission-based role with paid sales training, weekly team support, and flexible hours. You’ll sell retainer packages and project-based marketing services to business owners across Houston and beyond — with a strong focus on medspas, wellness, private practices, and local brands.
We’re not looking for someone to just "sell." We’re looking for a partner in our growth — someone who loves the thrill of a signed contract and cares about long-term client success.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell monthly social media management, content creation, branding, website, and video packages to B2B clients
- Attend in-person team meetings and client discovery calls
- Follow up with inbound leads, re-engage past prospects, and network online or at local events
- Generate new leads through smart outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Use our CRM and sales materials to stay organized, on-brand, and intentional
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand offerings and client success stories
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of sales experience (in-person, digital, or service-based preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing, branding, or social media services
- Bonus if you know the medspa world or aesthetic industry — that’s our sweet spot
- Confident communicator with excellent follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry to grow
- Able to work independently while attending in-office meetings (Katy/Fulshear)
