Job Title: VIP Concierge

Supervisory Responsibilities:
You will manage the full lifecycle of the VIP client experience at Backyard Breaks, collaborating cross-functionally with live-streaming, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our most valued clients receive premier service. You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to shape and enhance the overall VIP strategy, while also mentoring and supporting the Guest Services team to uphold Backyard Breaks’ high service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with Backyard Breaks’ top-tier clients.
- Coordinate VIP amenities, personalized gifts, pre-event preparations, and exclusive experiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and fulfilling special requests with discretion and urgency.
- Collaborate closely with the COO to develop, refine, and implement the company’s VIP engagement strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with live-streaming, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless, high-touch experiences across all platforms.
- Anticipate client needs proactively based on client profiles, preferences, and historical interactions.
- Innovate new client retention and appreciation initiatives to continuously elevate the VIP experience.
- Work directly with the team at Flamethrowers to help secure specific cards/memorabilia tailored to each individual client's needs.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reservation management, and maintaining comprehensive client profiles.
- Ensure the utmost confidentiality and privacy for all VIP interactions.
- Recommend opportunities for exclusive activations, loyalty programs, and special event initiatives for VIPs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, client services, event coordination, or similar high-touch service roles.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage and build trust with diverse, high-profile clientele.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset; calm and decisive under pressure.
- A passion for sports, collectibles, or live entertainment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and client management tools.
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the sports, entertainment, luxury retail, or event planning industries.
- Knowledge of the sports card or memorabilia market.
- Background in live-streaming environments or audience engagement roles is a plus.
- Experience developing VIP loyalty programs or exclusive client activations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000
