Do you have a hospitality heart and a talent for turning phone calls into unforgettable first impressions?
WrightChat is redefining front desk support for top-tier orthodontic practices across the country — and we’re seeking warm, sharp, service-driven individuals to join our team as Virtual Concierges.
About the Role
As a Virtual Concierge, you’ll be the first voice a new patient hears. You’ll guide them with clarity and care, answer questions, and help schedule appointments — all while representing our clients as if you were part of their in-house team.
This is more than a call center job. It’s a remote position rooted in empathy, efficiency, and exceptional service, where every call is a chance to make someone feel seen and supported.
Why Join WrightChat?
- Fully Remote: Work from home — no commute, no dress code.
- Mission-Driven Culture: Every call is a chance to make someone’s day.
- Growth-Ready Environment: If you're coachable and ambitious, there’s a path here for you.
- Supportive Leadership: We live by “warm professionalism” — high standards, human-first approach.
- Real Impact: You’ll be a seamless extension of leading orthodontic teams, not just a support agent.
What You'll Do

- Answer a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and precision.
- Build rapport quickly and help convert inquiries into appointments.
- Provide clear, informed guidance about services, availability, and next steps.

- Represent each client’s brand with pride, accuracy, and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
- Customer service experience in hospitality, healthcare, or high-touch service roles.
- A friendly, confident, and articulate phone presence.
- Multitasking mastery: juggle calls, notes, and software — all with a calm demeanor.
- Fast and accurate typing and note-taking skills.
- Self-motivation and discipline to thrive in a remote setting.
- Tech fluency across computer systems and cloud-based tools.
- High emotional intelligence and a coachable, feedback-friendly mindset.
