We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to help grow our client base by selling our services and products. This role requires continuous follow-up on leads and strong sales skills.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven MedSpa Sales Manager whose sole focus will be on increasing sales and gross revenue within our MedSpa division. This position is not responsible for overseeing the entire practice—it is strictly focused on MedSpa sales growth.
The role is commission-based, with compensation directly tied to performance based on gross revenue generated. A base pay may be considered after meeting initial sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for all MedSpa services and treatments through proactive sales strategies
- Develop, manage, and close leads generated via walk-ins, online inquiries, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Educate clients about services and procedures, and build custom treatment plans that align with their needs
- Follow up consistently with leads and clients to convert interest into sales
- Work closely with marketing and front desk to optimize patient flow and enhance client experience
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Upsell and cross-sell services and packages to maximize per-client value
- Conduct consultations and participate in client retention strategies
- Keep updated on MedSpa trends, technologies, and competitor pricing/offer
Ideal Candidate
- Proven sales experience in the MedSpa, aesthetics, or cosmetic services industry
- Deep understanding of aesthetic treatments, client motivations, and how to close high-ticket service packages
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional appearance
- Proficient in using CRM systems and tools to track leads and performance
- Ability to collaborate with providers, aestheticians, and front office team to ensure smooth client experiences
