Dermani Medspa, the premier evidence based medical spa with 6 Altanta area locations, is seeking front office coordinators as we grow. This position would focus on:
- Answering phones, scheduling clients, checking clients in and out of appointments, and meeting and greeting clients as they come into our office.
- Reviewing client accounts for accuracy in billing and funds recieved with our membership focused model.
- Stellar over-the-top customer service to give each customer that "wow" experience.
- "Selling" clients on our membership programs, Bonus given each pay period on client retention.
- "Closing the deal" on clients that call in by getting them to schedule a free consultation.
- A working knowledge or our skincare retail products with a commission on these sales.
