For our Dorado, PR clinic We are specifically looking for bilingual team members (English & Spanish), as both our patients and team operate in both languages.

Position Summary
The Clinic Nurse/Hema Tech will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality care to patients undergoing TPE and other wellness treatments at Lifespan Edge clinics. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a patient-focused, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities
• Patient Care: Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care during TPE procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
• Procedure Support: Prepare equipment, monitor patients throughout treatments, and assist physicians with procedures as needed.
• Education: Educate patients on TPE processes, aftercare instructions, and potential outcomes to enhance understanding and satisfaction.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, treatments, and progress in compliance with medical regulations.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all clinic safety protocols, infection control standards, and HIPAA regulations to maintain a safe and confidential environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, administrative staff, and other team members to ensure seamless clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
• Research Contribution: Support data collection efforts for Lifespan Edge’s ongoing longevity research initiatives, ensuring precision and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
• Registered Nurse for lead position, but the most important is being an expert in needle placement.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in wellness, preventive medicine, or a related field. IV bars, Med-Spa nurses are welcome. QIA (Qualification in Apheresis) a big plus.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Peripheral vein cannulation abilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience or willingness to train in TPE protocols and luxury patient care.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The position requires travel between assigned facilities and various locations within the community.
On-call rotation including night, day, weekend, and holidays could be required.
The work environment is characteristic of a healthcare facility with controlled air temperature and moderate noise levels.
Potential exposure to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.
Position may at times involve heavy lifting, moving of patients and/or equipment > 200-lbs (with mechanical assistance).
For positions in some locations, proficiency in Spanish may be a prerequisite.
