Registered Nurse (RN) to join our expert team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed RN with a strong interest or background in aesthetic medicine to deliver advanced cosmetic treatments in a professional and relaxing environment. You will work directly with clients to perform non-invasive aesthetic services including facial treatments, microneedling, and wellness injections such as B12 or vitamin blends.
Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic services including advanced facials, microneedling, and wellness injections
- Assess client needs, develop customized treatment plans, and provide post-care education
- Ensure proper documentation, safety, and sanitation protocols are followed
- Collaborate with the clinical lead for optimal client outcomes
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional client experience
- Stay current on new products, techniques, and aesthetic trends
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- 1+ years of nursing experience (medspa, dermatology, or aesthetics preferred)
- Experience or certification in microneedling and/or facial treatments is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and passion for wellness and skincare
- Willingness to learn and grow within the aesthetics field
