Bisous Esthetics is a serene, client-focused boutique spa that specializes in personalized skincare services looking to expand our service menu by hiring an Independent Massage Therapist. Our mission is to create a rejuvenating experience where clients feel truly cared for and leave glowing inside and out.
Position Details:
- Flexible schedule: You set your own hours!
- Space Provided: Fully equipped, serene spa setting with waiting area and amenities.
- Supplies: Table, linens, and basic supplies provided; therapist supplies lotions/oils of choice.
- Compensation: Commission-based (Independent Contractor – 1099)
Requirements:
- Valid and current Massage Therapy License in the State of Texas
- Proof of liability insurance.
- Commitment to client-centered, high-quality service
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow your clientele
- Willingness to cross-promote spa services for client wellness.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge in specialized massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic, myofascial).
- Familiarity with holistic, wellness-centered care.
