💼 Role Overview: Lead / Head Injector
We are hiring an experienced and licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Associate (PA-C), or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team as Lead Injector. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity ideal for aesthetic professionals passionate about injectables, facial anatomy, and long-term skin wellness.
You’ll be at the forefront of our injectable program, delivering expert neurotoxin treatments and shaping the client experience through education, clinical consultation, and precision-based outcomes.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Wrinkle Consultation & Treatment Planning
- Conduct facial assessments and develop individualized injectable plans for aesthetic goals and preventative care.
- Neurotoxin Administration
- Safely and effectively inject Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, or Jeuveau® in FDA-approved facial areas using advanced technique.
- Client Education
- Educate clients on long-term skin strategies, including prescription retinoids, SPF, aftercare, and maintenance schedules.
- Clinical Documentation
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant charting and follow strict safety and infection control protocols.
- Mentorship & Clinical Leadership
- Guide junior injectors and contribute to training as the med spa expands its clinical team.
- Ongoing Development
- Complete in-house training and stay current on certifications, industry standards, and continuing education.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Associate, or Registered Nurse in Texas
- 6+ months experience with aesthetic injectables strongly preferred
- Extensive understanding of facial anatomy, neurotoxin protocols, and preventative skincare
- Professional presence and confident consultation skills
- Excellent verbal communication and patient relationship-building abilities
- Flexible schedule: open to part-time or full-time roles, including weekend shifts
- Passionate about luxury aesthetics, wellness, and building long-term client trust
